SouthEastern Illinois Electric Cooperative is currently recruiting for a Billing Department & Customer Service Manager. This position will be responsible for scheduling, monitoring and overseeing seven customer service representatives, resolution of customer issues, problem solving, strong communication skills and department budget oversight. This position is highly visible and requires a strong leader with the ability to prioritize, plan, and direct the department. College degree in accounting/finance/business management preferred. Candidates must possess excellent computer, communication and interpersonal skills.
