Do you know anyone on this list?
Money may be waiting!
Southeastern Illinois Electric Cooperative is attempting to locate the following people (or their heirs) who received service from the Cooperative for the years 1969-1971. Patronage capital refund checks were mailed to the following people listed, but the checks were returned to the Cooperative. If your name or the name of someone you know is listed,  please send in the form below to the Cooperative and provide the pertinent information.
Please mail the form or copies of the form instead of calling the Cooperative. This will be the quickest and most efficient method to handle the claim.
The Cooperative is aware many of the former members listed may be deceased. However, we are looking for surviving family members who are eligible to receive the capital credits.

As a Cooperative, we return surplus funds to the member-owners. The Cooperative's electric rates must cover the cost of power, loans, building and maintaining existing lines and other costs associated with distributing power and maintaing service. As a result, the Cooperative must maintain minimal margins each year to reinvest in the system.
